Feature and function of
CPD_n series

The following function was added to the function of a past CPD series board.

(6) Control function of 2-axis parallel

2-axis parallel operation is achieved by using two axes of CPD-N.
Support starting point return ,end limit sensor and the processing of the servo alarm etc.

(7) 2-axis parallel + carriage interpolation

・The interpolation function is possible between 2-axis parallel using two axes of CPD-N and carriage axes on the gantry.

(8) 2-axis parallel + carriage following operation continuousness interpolation

・The continuousness of next operation interpolation operation is possible between 2-axis parallel using two axes of CPD-N and carriage axes on the gantry. Here, it draws seamlessly in continuous shape in quadrangle and corner R by the constant speed.

(9) 2-axis parallel + carriages + interpolation

・The interpolation function is possible between 2-axis parallel using two axes of CPD-N and any one axis or two axes of two or more carriages on gantry (At a linear motor). Two or more carriages can be increased across the board. Two of the both ends saves among four dispenser heads, and two heads of central near interpolate at the same time.

(10) Run parallel synchronous operation

・The trailing axle that stands by a specified point begins run parallel synchronous on the way to the master axis (this side purple) that runs without permission , ends by the separation point, and returns to the standby point.

(11) Encoder count function more high-speed

In the new addition of the wavy correction circuit, the count ability of theory value 9.8MHz (x4) was achieved by 90 degrees by the phase lag (including phase lag ±45 degrees).
Because the maximum output pulse frequency is 6.5MHz, the product specification is assumed to be 6.5MHz (x4).
